The Rural Municipality of Garden River No. 490 is seeking bids for three (3) properties located in the RM.  Please refer to each piece of property that is included in your bid by it’s number 1, 2, or 3, as per the below listing.

Submission of Tender

Bidders shall submit the Tender in a sealed envelope, clearly marked RM490-03-2020 Land Tender.

The completed Tender shall be submitted either in person or by mail to:

The RM shall receive Tenders at the location specified above on or before Thursday, March 12th, 2020 at 4:30 pm.

The RM does not accept facsimile, electronic mail, or other unsealed Bids.

The RM is not obligated to accept the lowest or any tender and may reject all bids.
