Job Search - Pilot Program -- 7687

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the delivery of the Individualized Job Search Service Pilot program.  The Individualized Job Search Service Pilot program is the delivery of employment services that provide outcomes in the employability dimension of Work/Job search for 165 persons residing in the Prince Albert Region area, as further described in the NRFP particulars, Appendix A.

The Successful Supplier will be responsible to establish one on one employment services to meet immediate/same day client needs within the employability dimensions as outlined in this NRFP.  These employment services will assist individuals to receive and develop job search skills meeting both Individual and employer/industry needs. All projects must ensure provision of employment services that align within the following Employability Dimension: Work/Job search, with a secondary outcome of Work/Job Readiness. The expectation of the Individualized Job Search Pilot is that the participant will increase job search skills, and as a result, will obtain sustainable employment. The Ministry has implemented an Outcomes Based Contract Management (OBCM) process based on the Employability Dimensions Framework developed by the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF).  Outcomes are identified under the OBCM model, located in Appendix E.  A negotiated agreement will be created with the successful proponent that identifies specific participant outcomes that must be achieved.  Acceptability levels for each of the OBCM outcomes will be determined by the Ministry.
