This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of The Ministry of Education (MOE) and Conseil des écoles fransaskoises 310, collectively known as “the Owners”. The Owners are seeking to retain the services of a Prime Consultant and team for Project #7 – Regina Elementary School K-6 – Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CEF), New School (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The Successful proponent will be responsible for architectural and engineering services related to the successful design and construction of a K-6 elementary school. This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE) and Conseil des écoles fransaskoises 310 as “the Owners”.

The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) is the only French as first language school division in Saskatchewan. With its triple mandate (educational, cultural and community), the Division offers full time education services for students attending Preschool through Grade 12.

CÉF operates 15 elementary and secondary schools spread over a combined 11 urban centers and remote towns throughout the entire province from North Battleford (NW) to Bellegarde (SE) and from Ponteix (SW) to Zenon Park (NE) with the central office located in Regina.
