For REPLACEMENT OF A BRIDGE located in the RM of Estevan No. 5 North of Section 11, Township 11, Range 7, West of the 2nd Meridian.
BIDS will be received at Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5 – Municipal Office, #1, 322-4th Street, Estevan, Saskatchewan S4A 0T8 until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday March 12, 2020 and will be opened in public at 2:15 p.m. CST on Thursday March 12, 2020.
Bidders may use Fax or Email to submit bids or adjustments to bids. The RM cannot guarantee the accuracy of electronic files received and accepts no responsibility for damages that may be caused by using electronic means of information transfer and shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use, interruption of business, or for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind as a result of the use of electronic files.
All bids will be date and time stamped upon receipt by the RM Office. In case of a date and/or time dispute, the RM Office date and time clock will govern. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered.

The RM of Estevan No. 5 has retained an Engineer to provide Construction Supervision Services and to work with the Contractor to ensure the bridge is built according to requirements of the Special Provisions, plans, standard specifications, and General Provisions of the contract.
