The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and Ministry of Education (ED) intend to contract with Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation Professional Learning (STFPL) on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide Professional Development for Teachers in the Area of Structured Literacy in Early Years services that meet ED's requirements for this procurement. 

Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the requirements identified in the scope of work and are able to provide the services can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet or exceed the requirements in the ACAN document.
