The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) intends to enter into a contract with Hetek Solution Inc. on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the LaserMethane Mini Detectors that meets GOS' requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOS' intention to award a contract for these services to Hetek Solutions Inc.  Before awarding the contract, however, the GOS provides suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capabe of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilties on or before the response deadline.
