Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) intends to contract with Wakayos Employment & Training Center Ltd. (WETC) to provide the Wakayos Employment & Training Program to Indigenous participants who require job readiness skills, certification, and support to overcome barriers to successfully attach to the labour market. The goal of the project, and of WETC is to enhance employability and employment for Indigenous people with barriers to employment and provide them with the tools they need to fully participate in employment, that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described in the ACAN.
