This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks to procure an Investment Consultant and Pension Consultant to provide the Scope of Services described herein in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. The intent is that these Consultants will provide services as requested by SIGA on and if and when needed basis. A vendor has the option of responding to one or both of the consultant requirements. The option exists for two separate contracts if required.
