HWY-200079-RFQ Various TMS Construction Administration Projects

Project Description:  There are 13 projects on the 2020 Fall Tender Plan that require construction administration and engineering services through this competition.  Project descriptions and anticipated scope of work are provided in Schedules A and B.

Category of Work:  Construction Administration – Grading and Surfacing

NOTE:  Proponents interested in this competition should be aware that these projects require Contractor input at the RFP stage.

*This opportunity includes projects from the stimulus program. As the Ministry’s Owner’s Engineer on the stimulus program, Stantec /SNC-Lavalin will not be eligible for this competition.

Only firms that are prequalified with SK Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure (MHI) in the specific category(s) referenced, are eligible to respond. Proponents who are not prequalified with MHI, or proponents that are not prequalified in the specific category referenced in this advertisement -  are not eligible to respond. Any submissions from proponents who are not prequalified – will not be accepted or evaluated.
