Event Center Audiovisual Refresh -- 24-081424-ITT-PHC
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting an Invitation to Tender for the removal, supply and installation of the audiovisual system for the Painted Hand Casino Event Center located in Yorkton, SK.
*Note: The Event Center measures 63 feet long from the stage to the back wall and 57 feet wide from East to West. The stage is raised and measures 334 square feet. The room currently has a projector and two screens, with the large screen measuring 11 x 20 feet. Seating capacity up to 330 chairs.
Mandatory Site visit: September 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM (SK Time), (Attendance to be confirmed with Procurement contact prior to 4:00 PM CST September 13, 2024)
Questions close: September 18, 2024 at 4:00 PM (SK Time)
Submission Deadline: September 24, 2024 @ 2:00 PM (SK Time)
