PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION: The Town of Nipawin is seeking bids for all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to grind tree stumps from specific areas throughout the Town of Nipawin as identified within this Tender.

Tenders shall be submitted in the following ways:

a. Tenders shall be signed and submitted on the enclosed "Agreement Form" and sealed in an envelope marked "TENDER – Stump Grinding.” Tenders must be mailed to the Town of Nipawin, Box 2440, Nipawin, SK. S0E 1E0. Tenders must be received prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 7th, 2024.

b. Tenders shall be signed and emailed to: Chelsea Corrigan, General Manager of Leisure Services at gm.leisureservices@nipawin.com. The subject line shall be marked “TENDER – Stump Grinding.” Tenders must be received prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 7th, 2024.
OR

c. Tenders shall be signed and submitted on the enclosed “Agreement Form” and sealed in an envelope marked “TENDER – Stump Grinding”. Tenders may be hand delivered to the Nipawin Evergreen.
