The work consists of schematic or conceptual designs, a detailed requirements report, working drawings for demolition, swing space and construction of the various stages contemplated for the work, construction oversight, contract administration, and other advice and assistance typically offered by design team to an owner for a construction project while maintaining program functionality. Designs provided will create a signature, modern space that is welcoming for students, staff and industry.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, in accordance with the RFP documents.

The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
