This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Project Management Services for the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre Women’s Expansion Unit Project (the “Project”).

The Successful Proponent will provide comprehensive project management services throughout the Project’s pre-design, procurement, design, construction, and close-out phases. Given that not all project details are currently known, the design service process must remain flexible to accommodate decision points and navigate through various design options.
