Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure requires engineering services consisting of surfacing designs and tender package preparation for the following highways:

Project #1: Hwy No. 55 C.S. 55-09 km 0.00 to 25.48 Preservation Heavy

Project #2: Hwy No. 255 C.S. 255-01 km 14.40 to 23.35 TMS Upgrade

Project #3: Hwy No. 265 C.S. 265-01 km 0.00 to km 18.61 Preservation Heavy & Gravel Upgrade

Project #4: Hwy No. 106 C.S. 106-05 Spot Improvements Rock Blasting & Grade Raises

The Ministry will provide all information it has available for the locations above to the successful consultant.

All prequalified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services for the above noted project.

Prequalified Category of Work: Design – Surfacing

Only firms that are prequalified with the SK Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure (MHI) in the specific category referenced, are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Proponents who are not prequalified with MHI or proponents that are not prequalified in the specific category referenced in this advertisement -  are not eligible to respond to this RFQ. Any submissions from proponents who are not prequalified by the MHI or are not prequalified in the specific category – will not be accepted or evaluated.
