The Town of Rosetown intends to enter a design build contract to complete the Work summarized as follows:

• Scope Item 1: Design upgrades to the facility including replacement of the existing refrigerated floor, new brine lines, and new dasher boards.
• Scope Item 2: Administer construction of the designed upgrades complete with commissioning of the refrigerated floor and reinstallation of the existing glass onto the dasher board system.

The Proposal shall be submitted by email to the Owner's Engineer at:

The Proposal shall be received in its entirety before the submission deadline of 2:00 PM local time, October 16th, 2024

A voluntary site visit will be held on October 2nd, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. local SK time. Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to assess the site condition prior to submitting their Proposals. Attendants shall meet the RFP contact in the Arena parking lot. Access to the facility will not be permitted outside of this scheduled time.
