This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for Wastewater Lagoon Upgrades at Narrow Hills (NHPP), Good Spirit Lake (GSLPP), and Greenwater Lake (GWLPP) Provincial Parks as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The scope of work for this RFP is to include:

• Information Gathering & Assessment (NHPP, GSLPP, and GWLPP)
• Preliminary Design & Review (NHPP, GSLPP, and GWLPP)
• Detailed Design (NHPP only)
