Sealed tenders will be received by the undersigned for the supplying and stockpiling of 5,000 cubic yards of one-inch (1") road gravel (Type 106 traffic highway gravel) to Flaxcombe, Saskatchewan by June 30, 2021.

Sealed tenders are to be received in the municipal office by 12:00 noon on February 8, 2021.

All tenders to be marked "GRAVEL SUPPLY TENDER".

A sample of the road gravel must be delivered to the municipal office no later than February 8, 2021 by 12:00 noon.

The municipality reserves the right to reject any tender based on the quality of the gravel.

The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
