The Board of Education of St. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D No. 20, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting proposals the provision of school student furniture and related services, as further described in Appendix D – Program Background, Scope, and Deliverables.  Agreements are expected to be issued to the Proponent or Proponents who best meet the requirements specified.

The intent is to procure a range of products of school furnishing products, that meet all applicable standards and safety designations. The request is for supply, delivery, and installation of furniture on an as needed basis which includes but is not limited to tables, a variety of seating, and desks. Typical product specifications are found in Appendix E.

The RFP will evaluate (but is not limited to), the functional and technical product specifications in these categories:

General Classroom Furniture

Library Furniture

Kindergarten Specific Furniture

GSCS reserves the right to award any and all categories to multiple suppliers. Where synergies and enhanced value are evident, awards for multiple categories will be made to Proponent(s).
