Regina Public Library will be relocating its Albert Branch Library from its current location at 1401 Robinson Street to the new Mamaweyatitan Centre in the summer of 2017.
The intent of this RFP is to seek offers to purchase the current Albert Branch Library property, including land and building.
The Albert Branch Library building is a designated heritage building and therefore the purchaser(s) must be prepared to accept restrictions associated with its heritage designation.
