R.M. OF WALPOLE NO. 92 - TENDER FOR GRAVEL HAUL
Tenders for hauling a minimum of 10,000 cubic yards of standard road gravel.
Haul to commence on or before May 1st, 2020, complete by Aug. 1st, 2020
No Fuel Surcharge Clauses!
***D0 NOT INCLUDE TAXES IN YOUR TENDER PRICES***
Must have a minimum of four (4) belly dump trucks & one (1) end dump.
The tender must include the following:
Breakdown of Price/yard/mile of haul, minimum haul mileage, loading charge per cubic yard, any other charges and the total price per cubic yard per mile haul. Please set out the minimum yards of gravel per mile that you are prepared to spread.
A copy of letter of good standing with Saskatchewan WCB.
List of equipment/machinery that will be used and insurance coverage for equipment and operators.
Truck safety certifications will be required prior to start of haul.
Exclusive service to municipality once gravelling commences, with request for gravelling from ratepayers to be done upon completion of gravelling all R.M. roads.
Please provide an estimate on when you are available to start work.
Please Note: Speed must be reduced when meeting vehicles on the road and going past occupied residential frontages.
Tenders may be submitted in writing and in a sealed envelope marked “GRAVEL HAUL TENDER” or may be submitted by fax, e-mail or in person and will be immediately placed in a sealed, unmarked envelope upon receipt, until the opening thereof.
