This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Prairie Spirit School Division ("PSSD") to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Clavet Composite School Renovation & Addition as further described in the RFP Particulars - Appendix A (the "Deliverables").
Scope of consists of renovation of the 5590 square metre (60, 170 sq. ft.) building, which was constructed as a series of additions (1962, 1963, 1965, 1968, 1975, 1986 and portables added in 2004 and 2011):
1. Addition: 3 relocatable classrooms with link; new vestibule and fitness room addition on the mezzanine.
2. Asbestos abatement and demo as identified
3. New water line and sprinkler system throughout
4. New mechanical ventilation is a portion of the building
5. New structure in administrative area including walls and roof
6. New washrooms in all areas.
7. Room updates.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT – Clavet Composite School Renovation

All contractors must pre-register for the walkthrough by emailing Vanessa Keilback at vanessa@1080architecture.com by Friday June 3, 2021.

Only one (1) representative allowed per company to be in attendance for on-site briefing to manage numbers.

 A schedule will be established based on first come first served and will be distributed the Friday before. School Division screening will be included to be completed before attending site.

Please be advised that masks must be worn in the school and parties attending are responsible for their own masks.

No one will be allowed to enter if they have been out of the country and back in Canada for less than two weeks.

No one who is feeling unwell or carrying flu like symptoms will be permitted into the space.

Social distancing is to be maintained during the walkthrough.

Use of hand sanitizer or hand washing will be required upon entering and exiting.

Contractors visiting the site will meet at the front entrance of the school.

Issues arising from the site briefing will be addressed as required in an addendum to the RFP Documents. No meeting minutes will be issue. Proponents may not rely upon any information given verbally or otherwise at the site briefing and that is not confirmed by addendum. Names of 
Contractors that attend will be issued by addendum.
