The City of Saskatoon's inspection and deck testing program has identified the Spadina Crescent Bridge to require a rehabilitation and is planned for 2022.

The work for the structure may include, but is not limited to the following items as described below: • Review background information, • Conduct field inspections, • Create a testing plan (if required), • Undertake preliminary design for rehabilitation works, • Complete the detailed design, • Assemble the construction bid documents, • Provide engineering services during construction, • Provide post-construction services.
