Cathodic Protection Survey, Engineering & Construction -- COR4921

The City of Regina (the City) seeks Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from corrosion consulting firms to perform closed interval potential survey (CIPS) and coating defect assessment survey and evaluate the cathodic protection (CP) and coating status on five (5) sections of pipelines.

This RFP is a second release for the same scope of work for the project outlined in the previous RFP #4594.

In addition, the project includes on-site inspections of six (6) locations with potentials deficiencies from previous surveys and engineering design for rehabilitating the deficiencies of the six (6) locations. This project may also include the construction work to rectify the deficiencies. Proceeding to the construction phase of the project will be at the discretion of the City of Regina.

This project will be separated into two phases. Phase 1 will include the survey and engineering as outlined below. Phase 2 will include construction and reporting as outlined herein.
