Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Independent Cost Consultant For Prince Albert Victoria Hospital.

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) on behalf of the GOS is seeking a qualified Professional Quantity Surveyor (the “Independent Cost Consultant” or “ICC”) that will assist in the financial evaluation of the second stage of the Prince Albert Victoria Hospital project’s procurement to ensure it provides the best value to the GOS considering the project requirements and market conditions.
