BACKFILLING OF DUGOUTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF EARTH EMBANKMENTS on Highway No. 39 from 700 m east of the south junction with Highway No. 6 to the north junction with Highway No. 6, and on Highway No. 6 from its north junction with Highway No. 39 to 600 m south of the intersection with Township Road 162 near Rowatt; for a TOTAL NUMBER OF 10 DUGOUTS.
