The City of Weyburn is seeking proposals to select the vendor or vendors to enter into an agreement with the City to supply and install four (4) new indoor multi-sport video simulators within the Credit Union Spark Centre located on Fifth Street North East in Weyburn.

The Proposals will contain at a minimum the following:

All components MUST be the most current available models. Obsolete equipment will not be accepted.

Industry leading high speed ion cameras or equivalent
Flight and in screen Infra-red tracking technology or equivalent
Must accommodate both left & right handed golfers  
All required computer components, displays, projectors, audio components and any other necessary computer software or hardware not specified
All required physical components including hitting screen and professional grade hitting mat etc.
 Game Packages are to include the following minimum requirements:

Minimum 75 golf course layouts
Minimum 10 multi-sport games
Minimum 1 hunting package

All additional equipment and supplies necessary for all games and packages
Hands on training program at time of turn-over
Video recorded training session provided to the City for future orientation purposes
2 years tech support
2 year parts, equipment and software warranty
90 day warranty on all projector bulbs
3 party manufacturer’s warranty
