Sealed envelopes containing Bids clearly marked “2019 Capital Works Projects – Contract for Construction of Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Sewer Lining – Contract 1” and addressed to City of North Battleford shall be received at City Hall, 1291 – 101st Street, North Battleford, SK, S9A 2Y6, before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on March 26, 2019.

The work generally comprises of Cured In Place (CIPP) Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining.

Electronic copies of the Bid documents are available for download through the Government of Saskatchewan’s SaskTenders Website at www.sasktenders.ca. on March12, 2019.  Paper copies of the bid documents are not available from the City of North Battleford.  Printing of bid documents is the responsibility of the prospective bidder.

Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the City of North Battleford.  Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.

The City reserves the right to accept the Bid that it deems most advantageous. The Bid having the lowest cost or any Bid shall not necessarily be accepted. The City will take into account additional factors other than cost as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders in the Bid documents.
