ENVIRO CONSULT SERVICES FOR DETAILED PH II ENVIRO SITE ASSESSMENT AT THE SASKATOON WASTE MGMT FAC -- COS18-0056
A proposal contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "RFP No. 18-0056" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, April 05, 2018, for competitive Proposals for environmental consulting services that will include:
The completion of a detailed Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), including the formulation of an appropriate Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for Parcel F located at the Saskatoon Regional Waste Management Facility (site). The CAP will include various remedial or risk management options and analysis, with corresponding cost estimates, for City staff to evaluate.
Environmental characterization of the former oil pit area located at the landfill, and development of reuse/ disposal options for the impacted soil.
Investigative drilling to define the limit of waste and quantify the approximate volume of waste within the future new cell area.
The lowest or any proposal not necessarily accepted.
