WHEREAS, the RM participates in SARM’s buying group which includes purchases from SARM’s Trading Services, Canoe Procurement Group and Sourcewell.
WHEREAS, such items that the RM purchases are those made through CAT Finning, Staples, and for such items as traffic signage, culverts, and tires.
BE IT RESOLVED, that a declaration be posted to SaskTenders for a period of two (2) weeks stating that the RM of Invergordon No. 430 intends to participate in one or more procurements offered through the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
Certified Resolution of Council passed on December 11, 2024.
