The Northern Village of Air Ronge is seeking to elicit tender submissions from contractors to complete an upgrade to the Village Office. All submissions must meet the requirements of the proposal request document and quotes must be valid for a minimum of 180 days following the close of the proposal process to allow for Council to select and subsequently sign a contract with the successful proposal submission, should one be so chosen.

Council also reserves the right to not select the lowest proposal or any proposal if any or all proposals do not meet the criteria that Council sets forth for evaluation.

There is a site visit scheduled for November 1st, 2024 at 2pm. This will be any interested contractor's opportunity to see the site, get measurements, and ask questions.

All questions prior to the site visit will be answered at the site visit. All questions received (before and after the site visit), will be entered into a document which will be posted on November 15th, 2024 at 9:00 am. Any questions after this time will not receive a response. This is to ensure equality for all interested contractors.
