Scope of Work:  The purpose of the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) is to augment and enhance existing Jira Server On-Prem Support, Configuration and Development:

• Atlassian partner, Gold or higher designation, Enterprise designation.
• Demonstrated Experience providing Atlassian support and implementation services with a multidisciplinary team. (roles : sysadmins, Atlassian specialists, architect, developer, PMs)
• Demonstrated experience developing work management solutions using Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service desk, Confluence, Marketplace add-ons) in digital transformations for customers in the public utility space.
• This includes configuration of workflows, screens, issue types, and user permissions; setup of Confluence spaces, pages and user permissions; experience with 3rd party integrations, migrations.
• Defining and developing enterprise architectures, defining requirements, creating business cases and roadmaps for technology projects
• In-house expertise and practical implementation expertise in the following:  system integration projects, EazyBI, leveraging WEB APIs, oAuth, SOAP, MS Biztalk, DB ETL, Jira API integrations, advance Jira workflows and automation.
• Azure AD/LDAP integration and setup, MS BizTalk, MS SQL Server, Running Jira on Windows Environments and setting up/providing Performance Monitoring for Java apps on Windows
• Developing REST API’s using Windows .NET, integration with SaaS systems such as Workday.

This EOI and any resulting RFP is expected to pertain to and enable SaskEnergy/TransGas to conduct its mandated business and ability to deliver for resale, natural gas services to SaskEnergy customers, and therefore be exempt from the application of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-EU Trade Agreement
