The work will involve upgrades to the existing water treatment system at Moose Mountain Provincial Park. The main items of work of this contract include the following:

a) Structural modification to existing building

b) Site utilities and civil work

c) Installation of process treatment equipment

d) Process mechanical systems

e) Building mechanical systems

f) Electrical

g) Instrumentation and controls

Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, June 16, 2023.

A process treatment skid has been procured by the Owner and is to be installed by the contractor; the exact equipment that has been procured is further detailed in the specifications and Appendix A. The contractor is responsible for the supply and installation of all other equipment. There is a Prime cost allowance included for commissioning – this work will be performed and administered by the Owner’s commissioning manager. The Owner will also be providing a system integrator for this project that will complete the programming for the PLCs and HMIs.

Emailed tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 per cent of the tender and consent of surety letter.

A pre‐tender site meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on June 1, 2023. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. If a bidding contractor cannot attend the pre‐tender meeting, alternate arrangements can be made to visit the site outside of the scheduled pre‐tender meeting. There will not be a public opening on this tender. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
