CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE SPAN – 15.0 METRE LONG X 8.53 METRE WIDE PRECAST CONCRETE AND STEEL on Grid 625 over Wymark Creek in E. 33-14-14 west of the 3rd Meridian in the RM of Swift Current No. 137, approximately 8.0 km south of the City of Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

SUBMISSION
ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received electronically by email to SKBridgeBids@wsp.com until 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday July 07, 2021 and will be opened at 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday July 08, 2021. Bids shall be submitted with the subject line “RM137-2021-001 BID” and shall be in PDF format. The time provided by the WSP.com email client will be used to determine the official time.
At any time prior to the closing time for bidding, a Bidder may withdraw, modify or correct its Bid by email submission of a written notice, signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder.
The Bid withdrawal shall be submitted with the subject line “RM137-2021-001 WITHDRAWAL” and shall be in PDF format.
The Bid modification or correction shall be submitted with the subject line “RM137-2021-001 CHANGE” and shall be in PDF format.
In the event of multiple notices of modification or correction, all notices shall be applied to the previously modified Unit Price for the purpose of calculating the new modified Unit Price. Unless withdrawn in accordance with the instructions provided, Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the close of bidding.
INQUIRIES
Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 2 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: SKBridgeBids@wsp.com. Material substitutions and/or proposed equivalents will only be considered after the award of the Proposed Work.
NO SOLICITATION
The RM of Swift Current No. 137 and WSP Canada Inc. shall not consider or respond to any unsolicited offers, alternatives, or inquiries not directly related to bidding on the Proposed Work.
