This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of North Battleford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of 2019 Capital Works Projects Materials Testing, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of North Battleford is requesting quotations from qualified, licensed, professional consulting engineering firms to provide materials testing at locations throughout the City for the 2019 construction year. Services are required for soils, aggregate, concrete, and asphaltic material testing.
