This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the distribution of Directwest phonebook directories across the province of Saskatchewan, as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

Directwest requires a supplier(s) to receive and deliver phonebook directories to business and consumer customers throughout the province. Delivery may be in the form of door to door drop off, bulk delivery to designated locations and direct mailout to customers.

The Deliverables include but are not limited to:

Coordinating and receiving of bulk supply of directories from Directwest's printing supplier.
Placing directories in waterproof plastic bags.
Bulk storage of phonebook directories.
Door to door delivery of directories in designated areas.
Direct mailing of directories to business and consumer customers.
Delivery of directories to drop of depots.
Validate customer deliveries against "do not deliver" lists.
Schedule, track and monitor status of shipments and delivery activities.
Regular reporting on inventory levels and delivery progress.

Participation process:

Qualified Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.  Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
