The City of Saskatoon is seeking a Fairness Monitor to review and monitor the procurement of a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Shelter Project. The City intends to procure this as a Design-Build Project with a two stage procurement including a Request for Qualifications Stage (RFSQ) and a Request for Proposal Stage (RFP). The Fairness Monitor will observe the development of a procurement plan for a Project Design-Build (DB) Contractor and ensure consistency and transparency in the application of the City’s Procurement Policies.
