INTRODUCTION
1.
Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") invites QUOTES from qualified firms to perform the following work:
Install wander management on 5 doors at Nipawin Hospital.

Further details about the Work required by SHA are set forth in the attached Appendix "A"– Scope of Work.
3.
From this RFQ, SHA intends to enter into a Construction Services Agreement as per Schedule A with the preferred proponent for the supply of the work indicated above.
4.
This RFQ is not a tender. Submission of a proposal does not create any contractual obligations between SHA and any proponent.
