This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Polytechnic to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design, Supply and Installation of Fibre Processing Equipment and Related Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
