Government of Saskatchewan Envelope Contract Competition
November 2021

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced print supplier to produce a variety of envelopes to various ministries within government.
The contract is restricted to the printing of envelopes in set quantities. The successful supplier will be required to typeset the envelopes. Overruns and underruns will not be accepted. Orders must follow the visual identity guidelines set out by Communications Services. Deviation from the standard must be approved by Communications Services.

This tender will require the supplier to offer and maintain an online ordering management system.

The account is for one year with the opportunity to renew for three additional one-year terms. Any renewal will be subject to yearly client/agency evaluations and mutual agreement. Renewals are authorized by Communications Services, Executive Council.

Suppliers interested in pursuing this work should submit a brief letter of intent (not exceeding two pages). The letter of intent should specifically articulate why your experience and capabilities make your print company the best choice for this account. Companies will be shortlisted on demonstrated experience relevant to the scope of services identified in this advertisement.

If the anticipated approach to the contract will require the use of subcontractors, please indicate the subcontractor and the extent of their services. Please declare any potential or perceived conflicts of interest. Communications Services, Executive Council will discuss any perceived conflicts of interest with the respective suppliers prior to the shortlist decision.

Letters of intent should be marked “[Company Name] Government of Saskatchewan Envelope Contract” and must be received by email to commtenders@gov.sk.ca no later than 11:00 AM, Saskatchewan Time, October 26, 2021.
