In this Request for Proposals (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and maintenance of office, multi-functional and high volume copiers in accordance with conditions stated herein.
The term of Contract shall commence on January 4, 2021 and shall remain in effect for a four (4) year term, with an option at PVSD’s discretion to extend for an additional four (4) year term.

o Proposals must include Appendix B: The Pricing Form in Excel Format. The Pricing Form
