The Scope of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves the supply of goods, materials and services meeting the description and requirements noted below.  Unless otherwise expressly stated by the supplier, quoted prices are deemed to include the costs of providing Commercial HVAC Services, Commercial General Plumbing Services, and Commercial Refrigerated Food Service Equipment Services, for Northern Lights Casino (hereinafter referred to as “NLC”) in Prince Albert, SK.

SIGA would like to obtain a qualified and certified Commercial Journeyman Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigerated Food Service Equipment Service Provider for a period of Two (2) years fixed pricing with three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement.
