The Town of Nipawin is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide services for the development of a comprehensive 3-5 year Strategic Plan.  The plan will guide Council and administration in aligning priorities with the Official Community Plan (OCP), Economic Development Strategy, and anticipated community growth.
