Submissions clearly marked "COR5405-1 - Tennis and Basketball Asphalt Court Construction", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, (SK) on June 21, 2021.
This solicitation describes a requirement for all necessary equipment, labour and material to carry out _ demolition of fencing and construction of new asphalt surface, supply and installation of chain link fencing and gates, new tennis nets, line painting, and benches at Varsity Park Tennis Court located at Philip Road and further identified as Varsity Park. There is also the potential of Phase 2 work as described in the document. A resulting contract would be for a term of three or four months. with an option of adding Phase 2 to the scope of work. If the City decides on any of the Phase 2 options they would be on the same terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
