The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for the supply of Flow Generators – CPAP, APAP, BiLevel and ASV to be contracted by 3sHealth on behalf of the entities defined in item 2., page 2 of this RFP. Vendors are required to complete the Appendices and worksheets as detailed in this appendix to facilitate the analysis of their submission.

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Automatic Positive Airway Pressure (APAP or AutoCPAP) flow generators and ventilators are benefits under the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Respiratory Equipment Program. Currently, records indicate on average 3,600 devices are provided (loaned) for home use to patients in Saskatchewan. 

These devices are used to treat sleep apnea by increasing air pressure in the throat to keep tissues in the airway from collapsing during inhalation.

The following is a schedule of events for this RFP. The dates are milestones as target dates only. Although best efforts will be made to meet these dates, they may be subject to change:
