Food Service in the Visitor Centre at Danielson Provincial Park -- PCS-DAN_FS_VC-2020

The Government of Saskatchewan (“Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport”) is seeking proposals from proponents who are passionate about the food industry for the operation of the food service in the Visitor Centre at Danielson Provincial Park.

The existing space consists of seating for 40-50 patrons inside (approximately 1,500 square feet), plus seating for about 20 patrons on the exterior patio (approximately 400 square feet). New flooring was installed in the dining space in 2019. There is an exterior ice cream walk-up window and a lean-to ice cream shack that services the beach on those busy summer days.

Are you a food truck operator looking to expand outside the city? Tell us how you would utilize this space and incorporate your food truck.

Do you have some food-focused friends passionate about the industry? Tell us how you would organize a shared kitchen concept in this space.

Due to COVID-19, curbside pick-up and delivery options are only permitted at this time. The Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan consists of five phases. The timing and order of the businesses and workplaces included in each phase is subject to change throughout the process based on a continuous assessment of transmission patterns and other factors.
