Statement of Purpose

The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for Pharmacy Services to Pineview Terrace including any services provided under the guidelines of the special care home guidelines within Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Each proposal must clearly delineate local pharmacy proprietor if centralized filling will occur and clearly articulate how Home needs will be met from a distance.

Background

The purpose of awarding contracts for pharmacy service provided to continuing-care Homes within Saskatchewan Health Authority is to optimize the safety and care for residents.
