Government of Saskatchewan intends to contract with Humboldt and District Community Services Inc. on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the Specialized Career and Employment Service for Persons with Disabilities or Multiple Barriers residing in Humboldt, Saskatchewan and Surrounding Area that meets Government of Saskatchewan’s requirements for this procurement, as described in the ACAN.
