On March 7, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. C.S.T., a pre-tender meeting will be held at Main Floor, Darlene Hincks Committee Room, City Hall, 2476 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK. for the purpose of responding to questions by bidders.
