This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of The Ministry of Education (MOE) and Saskatoon Public School Division No. 13, the collectively known as “the Owners”. The Owners are seeking to retain the services of a Prime Consultant and team for the City Center City Centre Consolidation School Project (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The Successful proponent will be responsible for architectural and engineering services related to the successful design and construction of City Centre School Project (PreK-8). This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE) and The Board of Education Saskatoon Public School Division No. 13 as “the Owners”.

Saskatoon Public School Division No. 13 (more commonly referred to as Saskatoon Public Schools) operates 61 schools in the City of Saskatoon. Its central office is located at 310 - 21st Street East, in downtown Saskatoon, and it serves a student population of more than 25,000, with a staff complement of more than 2,000. The strategic plan of the school division is based on the commitment to create learning experiences that inspire all students to reach their potential, and that every student is known, valued and believed in.
