Canadian Light Source Inc. (CLSI) intends to contract with FEI Company the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the services that meet CLSI’s requirements for this procurement, as described below.
The purpose of this ACAN is to signal CLSI’s intention to award a contract for Avizo/Amira license renewal for a 5 year term to FEI Company. Before awarding a contract, however, CLSI is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
